We're Moving!

Just over 6 years ago, I quit my job and moved to Asheville, North Carolina to live in a tiny house and start my own business as a freelance writer. I couldn't have known then all of the things that happened as a result of that seemingly rebellious act.

July 1st, I am moving again. My partner, Matt, and I are moving back to Atlanta, Georgia because he was accepted into the Emory University School of Law.

Our tiny house adventure made this all possible, and I am so grateful for every step we've taken. Without the tiny house, I wouldn't have had the confidence to start my own business. We also became involved in the Asheville community as advocates for small and tiny homes as one of many solutions for the affordable housing crisis.

It was through this experience that Matt realized that he had more to give and with the opportunities that come with a law degree, we could come back and make a difference in our community.

So for the next 3 years, we will be living in Atlanta.  Since my job is flexible, I can work from anywhere and I am excited to return to a city where I already have a network of creative and amazing friends.

As with many transitions, I decided to mark this one with a complete rebranding, including the amazing logo designed by Jill Valuet at Rowan Arts Design. I highly recommend her work if you're looking for a new logo or any other print design work.

And I am still providing quality content for small business and marketing clients all over the country. I'd be happy to talk with you about your writing needs, and if you're in the Atlanta area we can schedule a time to chat in person. Hope to see you there.
